Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit (toolkit) Q&A
Fantastic work on the Toolkit cozy1 and Alex360! I haven't been around much to see all the progress, but it looks really good. Any idea if there will an official release build posted? When fabianosan posted it, it was on Apr 19, 2014. I imagine a lot of newcomers are using that super old toolkit build. Thanks again for all your work! :)

Custom Game Toolkit - New Release
Nope I'm using Windows 8.1 64bit. It's weird because that's not my IP and not even the NIC adapter I'm using. That's an old USB one I used a while back. I'm using the built in one in my Dell laptop. Looks like you've made some excellent software here, but why block IP or mac addresses? Thanks This is my IP right now: http://www.iplocation.net/images/tools/HD1.gif IP Address: 173.225.52.218 Host Name: 173.225.52.218 Host Location: Rochester, NY United States [more] and this is my NIC adapter: http://s23.postimg.org/xpoq2iruz/Capture_Adapters.png

Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit (toolkit) Q&A
Great work guys as always! I'm just wondering when the Latest release build - 2.6.0.0 (rev 4174fc7b) finally change to the current test build as "Latest release build"? I bet a lot of newer people are still using 2.6.0.0 that was put out way back on Apr 19, 2014. A lot has changed since then.

Speed up "enumerating downloaded content"
Hey everyone, I've had an issue for a while doesn't seem to be looked at much at all around here, but should be for everyones sake. As we all know when we load Rocksmith 2014 we get the message "enumerating downloaded content" up in the top right hand corner by the guitar type icon. If you go into the song list before it goes away you'll notice that the songs are still populating on the full song list. If you don't see this message then you don't have much DLC or customs downloaded. As time goes on this takes longer because I get more official DLC and custom songs. Currently it takes about 3 minutes for it to finish for me. I usually just play on my guitar while I wait, but it sure has gotten annoying. What puzzles me is that I have a SSD(Solid State Drive), so my hard drive reads and writes at insanely fast speeds, which I would have thought would solve this issue. Altogether I have 2,132 official DLC/quality custom songs and that number isn't counting all the Rocksmith 1 songs I have too. Does anyone have an idea on how to speed this up? I image this is becoming an issue more and more for people as time goes on. Thanks!

reason for out of sync
Thanks for the info Shinyditto. Do you know what was causing EOF to lag for you? I think I remember EOF lagging for me a long time ago when I tried it on an old computer.

CustomForge's 1 year anniversary.
Happy 1st year everyone! It's just been amazing how far this site has came since it had replaced SmithyAnvil. http://numerico.altervista.org/MPRaccoltaPNG/MPpngMusica/74%20Musica_Prv.png

Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit (toolkit) Q&A
Use the latest Toolkit build from here http://www.rscustom.net/builds/latest_test.zip and if for some reason your AV picks it up, then disable your AV real time protection and add the extracted folder to the AV ignore/exception list. There is nothing dangerous about the newer Toolkit versions. The AV is a false positive and the same thing happens with keygen programs.

Jimi Hendrix Offical DLC 12 Song Pack!
Apparently if youβre a PS4 or Xbox One owner, you can get these for free starting December 16th till January 31st. Also 360/PS3/PC/Mac players will have to purchase the songs. Jimi Hendrix Song Pack ($29.99, free for PS4 and Xbox One owners until January 31st, 2015) Β· Jimi Hendrix β Freedom Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Bold As Love Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Castles Made of Sand Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Fire Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Foxey Lady Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β If 6 Was 9 Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Little Wing Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Manic Depression Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Purple Haze Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Red House Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β Voodoo Child (Slight Return) Β· The Jimi Hendrix Experience β The Wind Cries Mary Not that we don't already have these songs done by great charters like smirocsmo, fabianosan, PC Plum, 6fingers, and others. Too bad the Rocksmith team waited so long. Probably this has to do with Bandfuse. What do you guys think?

String height with new guitar and bass
Need some advice guys about string height from the fretboard. I've googled plenty and there is a lot of information out there about changing the action on guitars from the bridge or from the neck, but never seems concrete on what to do. On receiving my new guitars I noticed string buzzing coming from the strings being to close to the fretboard. On my bass I first tried raising my bridge for each string, but that didn't really help, so I put them back down and ultimately loosened the neck trust rod a little to achieve a higher string height. Although I almost feel like the strings should be a little lower, yet it would cause the buzzing. I haven't messed with the Bolero guitar yet. Any tips you guys have? and how high should the strings normally be on a bass? I recently bought a DBZ Diamond Bolero FM3 http://s27.postimg.org/nil0l2g0j/DBZ_Diamond_Bolero_FM3.png and a Schecter Stiletto Extreme-4 Bass http://d1zm3aiczg2e25.cloudfront.net/images/stories/virtuemart/product/stiletto-extreme-4-bch-tilt.png

dbz rx or Ibanez js100?
SfcoAwol guess who is selling that DBZ BARRX-R1 for $300 on ebay....me!!! I'm ajhah on ebay and bought it back when there was a DBZ TTK special sale. The DBZ BARRX-R1 looks great and feels real nice in the hand with good quality parts on it. I also bought a DBZ BARRX7-DCT at the same time and only play that one, so I figured I would sell the DBZ BARRX-R1 since I never use it. Looking forward to you buying. I can even sell it to you for cheaper if you want to bypass ebay, so I don't have final value fees. I would just send you a cheaper Paypal invoice straight through Paypal and you'd still be covered by the buyer protection. :) http://s28.postimg.org/jljdtvhjh/image.jpg I also just recently bought a DBZ Diamond Bolero FM3 so even more reason to sell the DBZ BARRX-R1.

Progress.
A Song Manager program would be amazing. So much time is wasted trying to keep my downloaded cdlc updated while getting rid of old versions.

Using Rockmith on multiple computers?
Yes I run it on my Desktop and Laptop. All scores/progress information is synced with your Ubisoft account and Steam, so everything will show up the same. Only thing you would need to do is to make sure you keep the dlc folder files the same. I download all new/updated customs on my laptop then when I want to play on my Desktop I delete the old dlc folder on there and copy over my laptop one to stay current.

Just bought a Barchetta RX-FR-R6
The DBZ Diamond Barchetta guitars arrived! RX-R1 and 7 string RX-DCT. Great craftsmanship with a hand paint job. Finally can play great 7 string songs with EMG pickups :D
