devilsh week we deserve, devilish week we get!

I have been waiting for that week and i have been doing my homework.... been testing quite some and found very interesting new music as well as old tunes that made me shiver or smile.
I knew i wanted Judas Priest and Elvis ... whatever it takes... so glad i could add the Fab4 as well as formerly unknown band to me .... Satan. Just great. The INXS track was maybe even the most fun to play for me - cannot wait to get your thoughts about all of the tracks.

The diff ratings are all done by me testing - all perfect of course ;) just bent on the edges when needed a bit.

Don´t forget to also submit your out of the contest Number Of the Beast Scores ;)

I don't know if it's my picking ability, the detection or the cable (or all of them 🫠) but this one was not good (the result)

I think the devils week messed up last week winners 😈. I didn't win Bass Advanced and Mikson didn't win Bass Intermediate 🤣

7.5 feels just right for this piece. Should take another playthrough to clean those missed notes up.

thanks for the week Rodman! surprisingly quite varied for a 666 week, was fun

for a minute there i thought i was played the wrong song sounded alot like ac dc.

i think the beatles song should be intermediate as nothing too challengin although the red 8s in the charts do make it a bit awkward not sure why they didnt do yellow 3s or organized it better to not be as awkward

i think it could be 6.5 theres only one tricky part that does repeat often but im sure if taken the time it can be 100% easily

i think it could be a 7/ 7.5 not too hard either

@jimbobmccecil forgot to mention, last week you completed the milestone of being in the championship for two years! tis been good to have you with us :)

7 seems a bit too high, ths song is intermediate leve except for the solo which is kinda hard. i think 6.5 or 6

solo in this one seems more complex and harder than the judas priest song, but the main song is pretty simple.

Yeah ... we are overall on an easier bass week - i just love that ❤️ (1.5) track - top 3 easiest but fun tracks i ever played.

Gojira - jaaaaap ... unfortunately like many songs i tested a rather old CDLC with its wrinkles and marks from too much sun

For the harder lead songs - yes, the solos define the diff here. Lets wait for the scores... if they narrow 99 for true adv players then we can talk (6.5l for JP

First, an intro to this week. The choice is obvious!

Now for the songs. Unfortunately, I couldn't play beginner song, the chart is broken and chords disappear from view. I don't know if it's just me, but if it doesn't bother anyone else, then it's ok.

Cool song, CDLC looks old but is playable. 4 is probably ok, maybe 4.5.

From what I remember, the Beatles were accused of having some sort of connection with the devil in the old days, so they probably made it into the selection for a reason 😅

Not such an easy chart, a bit technical, I would give it 5.5.

In fact, only solo is a challenge. 6.5.

I think this is a similar difficulty level. 6/6.5.

The solos were too difficult, but a few sections with streaks of the same notes helped my score. 8.5.

Lead scores This Is difficult because the chart Is Doodoo

Didn't think I would get a 99% result on a song where a promotion is possible this quickly on bass. I will try to play the song on intermediate difficulty to see if I truly fit in intermediate bass (although it looks promising now). Also, I have the same problem as Mikson for the Millencolin song on lead and rhythm (even though the bass version seems to be playable) so I don’t know if I skip it this week or try to play it anyways.
