I do think Austria and Portugal have the "easiest bracket" so they both might make it far/ wish them well/one might make it to semi finals

Sadly looks like Mexico will go against Germany slayers and if we win probably England :/

But on the brightside looks like my guess of France vs England could still happen :)

I actually think the other side is more "accessible" (excluding maybe Brazil and Argentina) and Portugal could have been there had we played well against Congo or Colombia... (but according to our coach we learned something 🤷)

Now we get Croatia (even though not on their best but always difficult, 3rd and 2nd on the previous world cups), then probably Spain and next Belgium 😢. And from the upper half (if we get that far) most likely France 😭 (or maybe Germany)

In Lead path non of bends were detected at all and that little ...chord:

In Bass path I've got something like sync problem of something because I play notes with the song itself and got "late" a lot of times.

But then everyone expected Germany to win first ever world Cup penalty shootout loss I believe.

Fast transitions too fast for me. And fingering parts are complicated for me as always. Now I can't reproduce the score.

A shame cause Paraguay did nothing but defend the whole game. Germany should've won.

Really dislike penalty shootouts/think they should take it out.

ok I know I've posted some of my pathetic attempts before a lot of years ago. I've always been ashamed of my videos and my acting. This time is not an exception. But @drand baited me 🤣 So here's a terrible video of my disgusting playing for the first time in many years.

Yea i probably wouldve given it a 5. had to replay it cause i forgot how it played like and cause i was surprised i got 99 on my first try on an advanced song.

for me theres really only 2 hard parts in the song:

and thats mainly cause they are pretty fast. i think it eats up 2-3% so i guess i mustve gotten lucky first time.

the rest seems pretty normal to me, i did see both vodka and drand mess up a bit in the arpeggio sections but thats cause the strumming does change a bit so its understandable.

both rhythm and lead are pretty much the same except lead does have more strummed powerchords and it doesnt have the arp section.

So yea I do think there are harder intermediate songs lvl 5 compared to this lvl 6 .

gave loverboy another go cause i saw the scores were pretty low on that one aswell but i think its fine.

just a fair reminder that rring the hard parts will save you time, although it is soul draining and playing the whole song may be funner, its not the most efficient 😅. Also make sure to rr the section before and after the hard part cause sometimes you can rr the hard part just fine but once you play the full song since you didnt practice the transition it can still goof you up.

Yes, this 99% means that there is no point in competing 😂

So I think we can give it a 5.5 on the spreadsheet, but I think it's similar in difficulty to Scorpions - Wind of Change, which you gave a 4.5 last week and it stayed that way (both are around 5 imo).

trust me i am but usually when I'm accurate at around speed 60 I'm not making it to speed 100 by the end of the week lol skill issue... 😅 (also the rr for those sections is packaged in with those long chord sustains and huge PITA)

pff wheres the competitve spirit from mikson gone?! 😅 theres stil 99.1-> 100% you can achieve. If it makes you feel better today when i replayed it i got 98 which is similar to what you got so anything is possible.

as for wind of change..idk i kinda like it where its at but if people give you likes ill change it.

yea there is not really a good solution to it other than the teams just have to play better to not reach penalties but owell

They changed the rule on overtime goals a few years back. In the past, the first team to score would win straight away (golden goal). Now they will always play the full overtime (silver goal). Personally, I liked golden goal better, it made it more exciting.
