Recently downloaded a couple of songs, placed them in the dlc folder, but they dont show up in game, i already have about 200 CDLC's that i can play normally, its just these songs that arent ingame 

Having the same issue. in CFSM the songs that don't work look identical to the ones that do, I ran the CDLC enabler again since I just re-installed the game recently. Nothing I have installed since re-installing the game is showing up.
