Multiplayer with direct connect and with parsec

I've been trying for two days to play Rocksmith 2014 with a friend of mine via Parsec with a direct connection but his multiplayer doesn't work.
I wanted to know if there was any way to fix this or if I could use the virtual cable to help with his microphone because parsec stops passing audio when the game opens.

    Oh geez, yeah, I was working on that quite a few years ago. The issue we had back then was that Parsec did not support full USB passthrough to share the Realtone cable to the host. We tried using a USB tunnel program called VirtualHere, but for some reason it introduced a TON of noise and dropped out frequently. Supposedly Parsec has experimental USB passthrough now, but I have not tried it yet.
