While I have never encountered this error from the log it seems like CDLC trying to access an element that doesn’t exist. Try to check following:

Tone slots not filled correctly

Sections/phrases missing an arrangement

Empty fields like missing phrases

 

You can also hard reset all tones and phrases you have set up and check if CDLC is able to load the arrangement.

 

 

Thank you very much, your advice helped me a lot, it was a bad section name. I named them by numbers, but apparently the program requires me to select a part of the song, like "Chorus" or "Bridge", which I didn't do.

Section names need come from the list of the names defined in the game. Phrase names can be defined freely.

I had this same error. Apparently one of my tracks was trying to use a 7-string guitar. Charter didn't catch it, but EOF did, and asked me which string I wanted to remove. Once I brought that XML file into DLCB, it exported properly.
