Bass improvement

I hope I can play GoB by the end of the week.

my first try at the rocksmith challenge here. I found most of the song pretty easy but couldn't get the slides perfect every time during the chorus.

I don't know how their bassist played it, but I played with a pick because I think it's better.

This sounds like itd be fun in guitar. That being said I also dont think the bass path is masterclass.
