While it's not something I'd listen to, it's very fun to play. So I typed it into youtube, and it turns out it's some sort of musical cartoon with vocals done with some form of text to speech software.

@ coldrampage Can you please explain what this is? I am kinda confused.

couldn't get that intro initially, but at the end it ended up pretty well 😉

Also, I have a strange feeling that some middle sections are out of sync as couldn't get the rhythm quite right and was playing to what I've seen rather to what I heard 🤨😬🤓

You pretty much got it right. The vocals are done using the voiceroid software and the characters in the songs are based on the voicebanks they used. It's fairly common for vocaloid songs like this to tell stories using those characters and the PV vids for this type of song are usually animated to assist in telling the story.
