Is it possible to change the BPM between two beats? I have lots of BPM changes in my piece, which has been mostly fine since it changes on the beat. I've got one however that changes off beat (pic included, the last BPM change). So far I've only been able to change by selecting a beat marker at the top, can I make the beat markers quadruple time to select one of the beat subdivisions? It's in 4/4 but I need to be able to select it like it's 16/4 (I think)

 

EOF doesn't support that, but there's no reason the ability to do so is required.  Just sync the beats before and after that 66BPM change and the problem is resolved.

That looks so weird lol, but should be easy enough to work around in eof, just put the BPM change on the marker after it and drag that one note before to the correct spot? 

It shouldn't look very weird unless the song is actually designed to be not well-quantized.  Just use grid snaps appropriately.
