Can extract my songs that I purchased on my PS4 so I only use one system?

Hello everyone

I need help.  I'm looking for a tip on how I can extract my songs that I purchased from PS4 Rocksmith remastered, and bring them into Steam, so I only need one system? I know how to convert them, but haven't found a way to actually get the PSARC files that I bought out of PS4.
