DLC doesn't play on new computer

I just bought a new computer. Installed Rocksmith 2014 from Steam (owned on old computer). dlc Songs are listed in library. I can select a dlc song and the song menu appears but once i click Lead and i tune the guitar..nothing happens. Everything had worked perfectly on the old comp. Please help.
