CDLC not working correctly

So, I bought Rocksmith 2014 on pc and decided I wanted some RWBY CDLC. I downloaded it fine, and it shows up, but after I tune my bass to the songs, it doesn't let me play the song. I'm not too sure whether it's whether the download is wrong or the game, but I can't play it properly.

 

TL;DR my CDLC won't let me play the song.
