Having trouble with cdlc

I downloaded cherub rock and D3DX9_42.dll. I can see the song file on the list.

I can get to the tuning part and then I see the amps. Then nothing else happens.

I have it on stream. What can I do to make it work? I need step by step detail because the other

topics I do not understand what people are talking about. Please help me.
