cdlc not working on new pc

dunno if this is the right place to discuss.

So i downloaded my old cldlc song to usb memory and uploaded them to new pc.

When i open rs cdlc song it allows me to tune my bass, after that all i can see is the venue, no song on background even.

What i should do?
