Song shows up, and plays preview...but

Once I run it to play it in the game, no notes or music plays. What did I do wrong? I'm new to DLC and the tool is terribly confusing for me.

I'm trying to play one. I do not have the cherub rock dlc but I've got plenty of others, so I used the tool and re packed the song as a Dlc that I own. It shows the preview, album art, and plays preview music. It asks me to tune my guitar, once completed no music plays or notes come across the screen.
