Question to modders about CDLC and inlays

1. Could it be possible that you add a Custom Inlay with a song CDLC? so as in 1 package? (.p_psarc)

 

Other scenario:

2. Could it be possible that when you start a song in RS, you automatically get an assigned Custom Inlay:

eg.: If you start a song by Rise Against, you get the Rise Against inlay for that one song, but when the song closes it goes back to default.
