The first link goes straight to the index page. No mention of an "FAQ" is present on that page (per a `ctrl + F`).

That thread was officially locked in I believe in or around December of 2023, right before the launch of the wishlist a function and feature that replaced that thread. It is a huge improvement over a 400 page thread that is/was not indexed and was basically a placebo as stated by an Admin. That thread is now defunct and gone.

The faq page is and was a relic that was lost when the site was upgraded.
