CDLC songs don't load

I've downloaded several CDLC songs, and after using the RS Toolkit to reassign the App ID, the songs will show up on the selection menu but when selected, this is what I get:

No note highway, and menu buttons don't show up.  I can still play instrument and the sound registers, but that's it.  I have to alt+F4 to close RS out.  I apologize, but I'm not sure how to link it to show the image.
