info on how to install cdlc on new computer?

I did this on my desktop last year but started having freezing problems. Not sure why. it would freeze at start ups. I got a new laptop were ROCKSMITH works just fine. I would like to start using custom songs again. I know there was an issue due to rocksmith doing the remastered version..

 

How can I do a clean new install on my new computer so it works. All I have downloaded is rocksmith 2014 CD. Nothing else. THANKS!!!!!
