Is it okay to make CDLC for remixes of ODLC

I kinda want to try to make the 'Seven Nation Army - The Glitch Mob' remix,

But the official 'seven nation army' is an official DLC so, would we be allowed to make a custom of the remixes?

I heard some rules about this stuff but I'm not sure what or what is not allowed:

Live versions?

Covers?

Remixes?
