So I went and downloaded the new D3DX9_42.dll file and replaced it with my old one. When I launched it my CDLC still wasn't appearing and I was kinda upset by it. I followed a video guide saying I should use the Rocksmith 2014 patcher but same results. I was wondering what I could do to fix this?
 

I have the same problem currently. Sadly, i don't know how to fix it :/

If the CDLC doesn't show it's likely because they don't have a valid ID (aka you don't own cherub rock).
