need help cldlc freezing

i used to play rocksmith soooo much.and after i found out i could add cldlc it opened up another world.i would play Satriani and Steve vai until my fingers bled(not reallly).but after i made the mistake of getting win10 any cldlc i start freezes my game and i can only see the amps in the background.i have tried to run in admin,compatability mode,verified cache/delete and reinstall and so on.any help will be EXTREMELY appreciated.
