CDLC stopped working on pc

the title says it all. For one reason or another it has stopped working for a unknown reason and i have no clue how to fix it i even re downloaded the songs to no avail. If anyone has any idea how to fix this problem it would be appreciated.

    I guess the D3DX9_42.dll was messed up a fresh download corrected the problem. thank you! :D
