I got this game to play custom DLC songs from CustomForge, but every time I play any song [Custom or official] the sound from my guitar stops working.. Like any distortion that's suppose to be part of a song doesn't do it, and I don't hear it from my guitar, but I can still hear sound coming from the guitar.. I can't even do custom tuning to make it work..

As of now, the only way to fix it is if I close the game, and restart it.. But it keeps doing the same thing after a song or 2, it gets really frustrating.. I also have the game for PlayStation 3 [it's how I got the cord, and got it connected to PC], but I don't know how to get Custom DLC onto PlayStation 3..

I would really like to get the sound to continue to work without having to close the game and reopen it, it takes too long, and it's annoying..

I think this problem started when I began installing CDLCs.. But I don't know if that's the problem cause it happens after playing an official song as well..

Sounds to me like you're describing the "tones stop working" bug. (Steam forum thread)

The conclusion seems to be that it can happen if your computer is not powerful enough.

My own computer is relatively old and the same thing happens to me too, but it's pretty rare.

As far as I know, having CDLCs installed isn't the cause, since it used to happen to me before I started using CDLCs.
