Ten Speed on bass - I'm up to 96% and should be able to get above 98% later in the week.

 

Now I have to go back and re-read the thread to see what happened to the MC bass track.  I wouldn't want to leave the wrong mess in the MC bass club house.

Got tired of getting downlevelled in the lead for playing the right thing, so I gave the rhythm a play. I might have to try unpacking and fixing this, the sync isn't as good as I thought it was either.

I have listened to the songs in my class and quite like the Flatliners song, but I suggest the Amorphis singer takes a lozenge as he seems to have a very sore throat.

@@NoonyDeloony You must try MC, use RR+low speed, it not so hard as look at first look. I too skiped this one at 32th week, i tought it was unplayble for me, But now i tried RR on 80% of speed, and enough fast learned most of parts. There nice melody on bass, interesting to play and enough playable.

@ I will give it another try but I tried slowing it down to 65% and I still couldn't get my head round it. I've not been on the ball at all lately, the weather has been too nice to not run in it so the bass has taken a seat for a few days. I promise to give it a few more true. Maybe it will click with me if I have enough time :)

Took some time and learned the opening riff outside of Rocksmith, it did help with making it feel slower.

Well I got an hour on Rocksmith tonight I got 85% Flatliners Rhythm, 75% Flatliners Lead, 93.81% Strokes Bass......

I didn't get any screen shots as I though I could better these scores but I didn't, fingers have gone soft and hurt after a couple of run throughs.

I haven't tried the Amorphis song yet as its not the sort of thing I listen to and can't imagine singing this one on the way to work in the mornings, but I hope to have a go at some point before Saturday.
