Cdlc for xbox 360 help!

hello everyone! I am trying to get cdlc songs for rocksmith on my xbox 360 and wondering if any one has managed to successfully do this. im not sure how to get the cdlc onto my usb drive so rocksmith will load it. any able to help me out with getting this to work?

    You do need jtag/freeboot xbox. Or what's the problem?

     

    I personally have issues with some of cdlcs which I just cant import to my xbox. Using FTP I get "550 error: cannot create file" and with usbflash & xextools they are not copying as well as if skipping the file. This also happens to all converted by me files pc->xbox version
