Sorry @@Darjusz, it was me being stupid, last pass had saved my username as my email instead of forum credentials so login was failing.  *faceplam*

Setup.exe may harm your browsing experience, so Chrome has blocked it.

 

It's a 'hard' block ie you don't have the option to download anyway.

Chrome Version 46.0.2490.80 m on Vista 

 

Yes I was able to download it wih IE but Chrome thinks you're making malware. Since I saw this suggestion I thought I should let you know.

That is due to a setting you have enabled via chrome://settings/ -> advanced "Protect you and your device from dangerous sites"
