There's an import function for ASCII tab but i'm not sure how efficient it will be in that case but it might be worth a try.

 

It that fails or do a shitty job, the only way i know is by writing it yourself into GP which takes some time to do.

And how can i dowland it? After all,it's not a guitar pro file.

Well it doesn't sounded decent and i can't make it in guitar pro,so now i'm suckd.

you can always enter the tab directly into EOF too if you are willing to take the time to do it.
