DLC does not work after tuning in complete

I have downloaded the dll from the tutorial video and put it in the root folder of RS2014. The dlc's were there put after the tuning was complete the screen would freeze. So i tried the patch but still nothing. I have uninstalled and re installed RS2014 but no luck. After re installing the dlc's do not even come up on my song lists. I have been at this for hours and i can not figure out what i have done wrong. Any advice would be much appreciated.
