How to Make CDLC Playlists ?

hi,

i saw/found that there is a way to make CDLC playlists by cozy1cgi:

there are many steps to do it and it is a bit hard to me to understand everything by words...

i wanted to ask,can some someone make and upload video on YouTube (tutorial) how to do it and also post it here please ?
