January 17, 201510 yr Hello there! I've got a question about frethand mutes in EOF / Guitar Pro. I have a guitar pro file that looks like this: http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh283/pipiclub/fhmgp.jpg I imported that into EOF and I get it in RS like that: http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh283/pipiclub/fhmutes.jpg So in general its okay - I just would like to have it aestheticly improved so that the frethand mutes are displayed on the same frets as the chords - How can I tell GuitarPro that the mutes should be on the 10th fret? Thank you very much!
January 17, 201510 yr Author ok.. i got it on my own.... but could sb please tell me how to delete posts and how to delete topics? I tried to shift the muted notes up to the same notes of the unmuted chords in guitar pro - but that didn't help  :blink:http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh283/pipiclub/betterfhm.jpg
January 17, 201510 yr Or you just post your solution instead! This problem exists in many customs, so maybe others can learn from that ;) Check out my easy tutorial on how to add a metronome to your CDLC: Mute the original music, play only with the metronome and find out how good you really sound! Also: Find CDLCs that have the metronome enabled! Want a USB-Footswitch that you can use to control the tone selection and all the menus in Rocksmith? Check out Rodman's Tutorial and my additions to that! My CDLCs: Devin Townsend - Life, Deep Peace, Ih-Ah!, Deadhead; Farin Urlaub - OkMy ideas for new features in Ignition, e.g. filters for Multitrack CDLC and Metronome CDLC.
January 17, 201510 yr Author Actually I didn't solve it  .. I thought I did as I found out I coud change the muted notes in GuitarPro.. after I did that I thought that should be it but It only worked for the Rythm Guitar part: http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh283/pipiclub/superfhm.jpgWith this one, in RS the mutes are in the same position than the normal chords... For Lead(notes from the first post) its still shifted - I think it may have to do sth with the open string.... anybody know anything? Thanks - and sorry again!
January 17, 201510 yr Click one of the XXX mute chords and press F. What does the edit frets/finger box show? This can tell you why it is jumping down the fretboard. If you want to get rid of those position changes just seek to each one, press SHIFT+F and erase them. Or, you can press CTRL+SHIFT+F to bring up a list of all the changes at once.
