after 4 days of practice and 29 attempts, i finally got through killing in the name of, only to find out that it no longer matters!!!!!!!!!!!! oh well, on to bliss  :rolleyes:

@@Shiroo, I become aware of played an old version 1.4  :wacko:

Now just played the v2.2 bass and it is much better, good job there. 1 note at the end of every 8 bars riff is still different but not out of key.

also watched the guitar part and the chords there are good. It contains few more dead notes.

Well. I guess I'm passing this week.  I can't seem to get Rocksmith to recognize enough of the notes to get through the bass line of Soothsayer in hard SA.

Awesome! When I play I felt like I'm jamming with Buckethead! Good enough for me. Amazing sounding song would love to see some videos this week!

If there's no dynamic difficulty, you can play it in easy and it'll still have all the notes there?  Or play it in LAS?

 

If you're playing bass, try tuning it down a little.  I had awful problems with a drop tuning a couple of weeks ago, and this helped.

I think is going to be my final Advanced Bass one for the week.

Thanks I'll give the easy and las option a try then.  And by tuning it down, do you mean retuning and going slightly flat?  Haven't tried that yet either...

@@KJParsley, yes tune it slightly flat.  It worked for me.

it is like Motive said, the sync isn't very well I think. This run I played a little earlier and got a much better score, much more perfects.

I was hoping to level up in Lead and Rhythm at the same time... but now it seems like Rhythm must say bye-bye to Lead for a while^^

Bye-bye also to my comfortable Rhythm-Throne at Intermediate [i want a smiley with tears!]

 

Anyway I would like to use this occasion to thank all the participants, but of course especially the organizers of the champoinship for their hard work.

This institution of ours really takes Rocksmith to the next level - and the progress I've made in the past months wouldn't have been possible without it.
