Beginner Bass - 99.75%, 410 streak

That last slide :angry:

 

Intermediate Lead - 87%, 84 streak

Intermediate Rhythm - 89%, 43 streak

Intermediate Bass - 97.37%, 161 streak

I will say that bass line is really boring. Though song is not so bad and both guitar parts were fun.

 

MasterClass - 98%, 629 streak

TRAPPED UNDER ICE! Absalutely amazing song. If I could play I would call my band like that. It has some really difficult guitar parts, so I'm eager to see what score will you achieve.

 

Selecting songs for this week was absolutely painful. Eb -> Eb drop Db -> Open C (someone knows what was tested) -> E -> Eb on guitar and D -> Eb -> Eb drop Db -> E -> drop C on bass. That was crazy. It reminded me old days when I was able to re-tune after each song. My machine heads went down and I started to be more carefull. Phew.

Aww gutted that Alice in chains bass line is boring :( I never got round to checking it, I thought it sound alright but the complexity I clearly didn't pick up, or lack there of. Poo

And it makes finger hurts :( Song is quite long and has fake end and that was my personal opinion on bass line.

This week is gonna be a "nightmare" to play this songs, all different tuning, I'll probably only do a couple of runs on them, my gio already has enough intonation problems in E standard :lol:

 

But I'll sure play the hell out of the Metallica song... it's funny that until ~6 months ago I only knew a couple of songs (Battery, Nothing Else Matters) from them and now it's the songs I most like to play, although I still suck at it :P

 

I was trying some new recording settings today with exclusivity on, to see if I could lower the latency of my RS and still be able to record.

I was doing a 2nd run of the MC song while making a test that was the final and I now it works :D.... much lower latency (from 80ms to 40ms) and the game performs like I'm not even recording.... I don't know how I would be able to do the videos I do without Open Broadcaster, freeware and the best recording software I've ever used.

so this should pretty much show how frustrating chord recognition is with rocksmith and I, the bassline is essentially a non chorded version of lead, but man this song is awesome.

This I am looking forward to the most too, it sound amazing! :D another excellent choice this week.

Great song choices again this week, I will hopefully have the whole day tomorrow to play and will post some scores. No time today since I've been at the car dealer since 10am and just got home now (almost 7pm). 

Good tune Noony! I haven't quite figured out the picking pattern in the main riff but a bit of RR will hopefully sort that out. I'm also playing through an amp, so it gives me chance to explore the settings to try and replicate that sound.

I corrected in Junge lead path the last note, this unisono bending is right now, before both notes were bended.

NDD version of the new Jungle v1.3

So I broke my high E the other night and I haven't been able to play really.

 

But then I watched the Royal Blood playthrough video and saw there's no high E string in it! I also noticed that the riff sounded a lot like Red Fang, which is a style I'm pretty good at playing.

 

So then this happened.

New strings tomorrow, hopefully. Do you know how many songs don't use high E? Not many! Transposing to B on the fly is way harder than I thought, too.

Rhythm might be above my skill level, but I am going to try it, anyway :-)
