for some reason the audio starts before any of the notes do

I added leading silence because the notes use to start before the screen appeared and you would miss like 5

 

and yes i did tick rencode

plus in eof the notes are cordinated fine just in rocksmith the problem

you mean that the song start immidiatly and notes come some sec after?maybe you didnt create new .wem file with leading silence

yes and how do you do that it only allows me to do that at start when creating folder for song

go to wwise and do the same process, but this time the audio file will have the 3 secs of silence at the start so hopefully will fix your issue:)
