I'm working on my first ever project and for the life of me I can't sync the darn thing. This was the fourth time I had to abandon and start new. I'm hoping someone could give me pointers or better yet if I can send you the working project and somebody can finish or at least look at it and tell me what the hell is wrong with the whole thing. Hi, I'm trying to create my first CDLC, and now i'm a bit stuck with creating the lyrics so i can load them into EOF. What i've done so far: Loading the mp3/ogg into UltraStar Creator fill in the title, Artist, Language and so on. Add the song lyrics into the Song Lyrics Windows and add the syllables. The Lyrics are word for word shown at the bottom But when i press play/spacebar... noting happend in the UltraStar File windows, And The Lycics at the bottom did not continue while the song is playing. So nothing can be saved. Do i miss something?

I've just made my first CDLC, and I want to keep the quality as close to ODLC as possible. So here are my questions: 1. The song I made only has one guitar. The official songs seem to always have a rhythm track, even when the song only has one guitar. Is it good practice to just copy&paste the lead track into the rhythm track? Or should I leave rhythm guitar empty? 2. This song starts with some dead notes during the count-in. How should I add a count-in in this case? Should I add the sound on top, or the bar before? 3. Also, the bass doesn't kick in until the chorus. Does it make sense to add a count-in in that track? 4. The song ends with a fade…

No idea where else to ask this on the forum so sorry if it's in the wrong topic, But earlier this year I lost all my CDLCs in a hard drive wipe, it's on me for just assuming I could get all of them again and not lookign to check. I noticed Dreddfoxx's CDLCs are gone and his website is no longer active, which is a huge shame! He had a lot of cool songs charted that I loved playing like Melvins and Faith No More. I was wondering if anyone, somehow, has his stuff? I know nothing about this person and can't find out much about them, or anything about why their CDLC is gone (off the top of my head, perhaps their hosting expired and they didn't wanna pay it anymore…

Hello, apologies if this has been asked - I did search at first. I'm butting heads with some of the rs1 dlc I have with respect to the ridiculous huge loop markers - so I'd like to open the files in tonelib jam (or possibly guitar pro) for some better looping, but they are unlabelled .dat files? Is there a way to convert rs1 dlc to 2014 format so I can get them converted into gpro or into tonelib jam

I found this site which is free to use as far as I know https://vocalremover.org/splitter-ai With this you can make a bass-less track for your cdlc made for bassists, or to practice playing a song's bass line. You can also isolate the bass line to make the process of transcribing by ear into guitar-pro or whatever soft way easier. I am doing something a bit different with my customs by recreating all tracks except for guitar and then providing a song where the guitar is played by you only. So for example, I've just completed my first CDLC of Burzum's Dunkelheit and have recorded drums, bass, synth and vocal parts in this song myself. The first few chords in the intro riff on rhythm guitar are also included for a starting reference. This is a black metal song, made by one man and so is well suited towards this kind of format - you playing the guitar part fills out the song without the need for other backing guitars.
