    I manually created this from pdf and input it to gp5 also I tried recreating this again by opening a new one then copy pasting the notes and the results are the same

    You could use tuxguitar instead since you can import and also convert tabs to guitar pro format https://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxguitar/
