achievements not showing

I own a legitimate copy of Rocksmith2014 purchased through Steam.  My progress is not being tracked on steam or through Uplay.  My uplay gamertag is somehow showing as  gamertagu  while steam shows me completing only one achievement?  I have numerous songs well over 100% would just like to track progress, m minutes played etc.  I thank you all for any of your help

    I"m having the same problem, is using the boot loader stopping achievements?
