website problem - top of the page

I got a problem last days:

 

I can not click few things on the top of the page (my profile, sign out, etc...)

because there is the part now with:

 

Forums

Help

Chat

CDLC Search

Requests

Status

Donate

Videos

 

which is scrolling as a frame or something

    I have found new solution :lol: I am zooming out only when I need to click something from the top line :lol:

     

    What browser are you using?  And on Windows or Mac?  What's your setup (laptop/desktop, screen/monitor size, resolution, etc)?
