I should not be listed as a winner at Begginer bass but I see that there is no one eligible for win, still  there were better scores than mine.

You are correct there sir so after looking at the scores again it seems that no one was eligible either so I will use the scores to determine the winner. That makes @@BRUTAL the winner in beginner. 

The Rhythm Part in intermediate is Realy Short

And the Sound in masterclass is to bad cant hear the musik

Lead part in Intermediate is painfully boring to play...

Tried the beginner song Lead and in my opinion it should be a good challenge for beginners. It has a lot of power chords and a small solo which is not that difficult and just takes some practice to learn. I expect to see some high scores for it.

and for Lead MC this song is so nice but the appreggio portion drives me nuts as I can't seem to tell whats going on lol. I will try and get a better score.

You should try the rhythm as well Joey, it's got the fun riff when the lead starts doing power chords.

I'm shattered......i'm working away from home for the next two weeks so won't be participating in the championship  :cry:. I could count on one hand the number of days i haven't played since first picking up a guitar 6 months ago, so this is going to be tough.

 

Good timing though.......those solos in both the beginner and int songs look tough!

82% on first try at the Black Crowes.. Mainly as I was taken by surprise by the solos..

Power chords all fine (though the usual few detection misses).

 

Any tips for fretting the solo? Vids?

Just had my first shot on beginner lead, but I have my doubts about the difficulty of the solo. I tried to do it in riff repeated but noticed that when difficulty is set low enough for me to try and learn it there are 2 pull offs that follow up on the same note, so you can't hit those unless you play a higher note in between. And when I set the difficulty high enough to see that hidden note, it's too difficult for me to play.

I don't know about the rest of the beginners, but I don't think many people will be able to play that solo within a week. The rest of the song (for as far as I´ve mastered it) seems to be just right though. Hopefully I'll have my first entry in this competition in a few days :)

Well i am taking some Holidays and couldn't play guitar for more than a week.

 

I was dreaming about playing two songs, Sharp Dressed Man and Coast to Coast.

 

I love Coast to Coast for more than 2 decades but never played it. Only a few licks of the Rhythm part now and then.

I was very happy when i saw this song was chosen.

 

So here is my first post. I hope i can play the guitar a few more times this week.

Oh, and this Begginer song... for me was more difficult as I got weaker score then on Int. Not only my knuckle hurt from all this chords, but that solo!? When I look back at Sick Muse, Die, Die My Darling or Sinners - Remedy is just out of Begginers world.
