MacStore Sale

I have a quick question about the Macstore - Rocksmith 2014 for $14.98  Sale, does anyone know if I buy this version I will get both the PC / Mac Versions on steam, since it is just an activation code, and normally when you buy a steam game you are given both versions, or would I need to buy it directly thru stream to have it for both of the platforms?
