I have a question regarding the use of a tremolo bar in Eof .

I'm working on Jailbreak by ACDC and there is a part where Angus detunes the low e string down about 2 steps and then back to E. I put this in Eof as a tremolo but I want to know if I can give this tremolo section a number value, starting at 0 moving onto -2 and then back to 0.

As BeZi suggests, you may be better off with defining it as a bend. Rocksmith doesn't specifically support authoring tremolo bar usage.
