I have to spend some time with RR. I have really high hopes, only time is what I need.

 

Intermediate Rhythm - 98%, 223 streak:

My hand got tired with this chords all over the place. I will do it in Score Attack but nothing more to be expected.

 

Intermediate Bass - 99.82%, 736 streak:

That was close. As expected the moment when you transition into 5 and 8 on yellow string (lead solo part?)  and then to low E (red) was giving me trouble. My bass is still new to me and I have to get used to it, but it's working better and better each time I plug it.

 

I tried Begginer bass but did not made screen shot. That was good for fingering practice. And War Pigs... I run out of time as I tried few songs after tuning to D with bass.

Slight improvement again... getting miffed with the last few bars of this song now, as soon as I'm in the last throws of the song, note recognition completely goes when I change to C on the 4th string of my bass... I'd put it down to tiredness of my hands but it's definitely not that, I'm finding my stamina fairs well with this song, just for some reason, low C is not a good note for rocksmith to pick up :( meh!

I have some problems with RS (it didn't recognize some notes) so this is my first try :D

I really like the tempo of this song, so much that I'm getting more misses while RR'ing on lower speeds :P

So I got ok score, that's cool song to practice fingering. I will try to improve on this.

I really like the idea of the Rocksmith Championchip, guess i'll look by sometimes :)

 

At the beginning I always panicked when the piano announced the riff change... At least it isnt that a big change like i figuret out now :-P

There is a way to disable the sound effects. Just go into the sound settings and set effects volume to 0

Hey all! Sorry I was not able to participate last week, I was enjoying a long overdue vacation :) Here's my first run this week of war pigs. I love this song so I'll definitely be looking to improve this score!

I liked the songs again this week, definitly getting to enjoy music I would not usually listen to.

I could not get through a score attack without being gonged out!!

I did the Rhythm for war pigs (88%) and Lead for Silver Bride (93%)

 

There is a way to disable the sound effects. Just go into the sound settings and set effects volume to 0

I was afraid to also disable other effects... But now considering it, I  think that I actually don't care about ANY effects :mrgreen: so i'll just disable them thx!

 

For the people who had some trouble with the stretching for Silver Bride:

I really recommend the DLC "The Police - Message in a Bottle" Its a great practice for stretches. ( It also has a really cool, yet not too hard solo in it)

At the beginning i really thought Ill never gonna get that... But It really gets better with time.

 

It uses this pattern:

Also a dayli little petrucci practice can help.

It really makes a lot of things easyer if you just can do the stretch without even thinking about it.

 

Sure it takes some time, but I was surprised how much more I can do now after some patience. Never thought i could ever get there with my fingers :lol:

My score for this week; Shauruga, intermediate lead. 87% Accuracy 42 Streak. Still using only 3 fingers on the fret (I cut my 5th last week) Hope i recover it for the next song!
