Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Headset not being detected

Hello, I am new to the Rocksmith Remastered scene and I just downloaded the game this week. I finally got everything I needed to start playing and my headset (Razer BlackShark V2 Pro) seems to not be detected by the game no matter what I try. The setup I am using to play the game is my guitar plugged into a 3rd Gen Focusrite Scarlett Solo Audio Interface, which plugs into my PC. My headset is also plugged into the PC separate from the audio interface since it cannot be plugged into the interface. The game fully detects the guitar sound, but just does not output the audio to anywhere. In the sound settings, I have put the audio format for the headset to 16bit, 48000Hz and enabled the exclusive mode options. I have also disabled every other audio output on my PC. The configure menu for the headset only has the "Stereo" option and all the full-range speaker settings are turned off. I have also tried running the game without the razer software running and that did not change anything. I have looked all over for solutions but nothing has helped me yet, I would be grateful for any ideas on solving the problem.
