RS2014 remasterd not working....

Hi All! I just went to play rocksmith 2014 remastered after about a week and today i downloaded cdlc and i launched game like normal and game said my files were corrupted so i basically have to start the game over from the beginning and all of my progress on songs i played will be gone..After i calibrate my guitar the game goes to amp screen and freezes and never continues to my song list...I have tried everything including deleting cdlc i recently downloaded...Does anyone have same issue or know a fix? Thank you!!

Usually when it does not proceed past the amps, it is that the D3DX9_42.dll is missing, or mismatched for the version being used. Did you delete the game, and reinstall? If that is a yes, did you run the enabler? Are the base songs from the game working?

no i didn't delete or reinstall the game. I've had it working for years with no issues until this week..i tried everything..i even re downloaded the DEDX9_42 and still doesn't work...the game is still on previous version in the beta section because in 24 when it updated to ubis crap the game was un playabe until custom forge forums had a walk through to make it work

The current enabler doesn't support the Beta version. You will need the older D3DX9_42.dll to run the Beta. I believe it is about 127kb in size, depending on which OS you are using.

Have you verified files though Steam Library? IF you do reinstall the game, make sure you back up all of your CDLC
