So I was pulling my hair out getting super hard audio freezing or scratching running RS 2014 lately after only a few minutes of use.
I couldn't for the most part even get through a song without the audio locking up on me and having to alt F4 out of RS2014.
This is through a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen w RS ASIO.
I tried so many different comibinations of buffer size and sample rate and even the audio engine setting within RS.
The answer was to set BufferSizeMode to host instead of custom or driver inside the RS_ASIO.ini file.
This along with keeping the buffer size at 48 seems to be The Way because I just banged out about 30 minutes of RS and had 0 audio problems.
I'm just posting this hoping that it helps someone else as well.
