Audio Output device not detected?

Hello Everyone, I'm having trouble with rocksmith 2014. For some reason as soon as I start it, I get an error sound initialization issue. The Headphones should be set the DVD Quality setting.

I'm not using anything special. No ASIO, just regular in ear monitor headphones. It worked before I factory reset my PC. 

The only thing different I remember doing was that I had been originally using Rocksmith's second to last update? I had a key to use an old variant of Rocksmith 2014 around the time they delisted the game for a bit. 

Right now I have the RSmods installed, because I was told that would work.
