I want to get the song Zombie

Hello, i want to download the song Zombie by the cranberries. since it is for sale in the Custome forge site it is not permitted on the DLC page. When i went to buy it, it is no longer for sale. Does that mean it can be custom made and downloaded to the site for free now? Please let me know. Thanks

The answer is still no. If the song was sold by Ubisoft, it is off limits whether it was removed from the store or not.
