Rocksmith cable on Guitar Rig7

In general, I decided to try to connect the guitar via a Rocksmith+ cable to the laptop, for the program Guitar Rig 7, and ran into such a problem that the program sees it and reacts to the guitar signal (strumming on the strings), but there was no output signal (that is, there is no sound in the headphones and I can't select them). Maybe someone used this connection method, I would like to know what and how to do so that everything works as it should.
