For me the most I have played any song is

 

Jack White - Sixteen Salteens at about 140 tries on rhythm. I am at about 96% and just cannot get the last few percent. I have master mode turned off so there will be no greater than 100% for me.

 

I have hit 100% on Pixies - Where is my mind on rhythm. I have a bunch of songs in the 90%+ range.

 

According to the 60 day challenge I have 1468 tries and am at day 57. I am a newbie at guitar but loving it.

Well, it'd be Enter Sandman by Metallica, 22 times with 98% on rhythm ;)

I was using master mode   'on'   for months also .   glad I'm over it

1. Judas Priest: Breaking the Law (46 times, 104.2%), the ultimate beginner song, makes you feel so good as a n00b.

2. Pearl Jam: Jeremy (33 times, 101.9%), mostly from my beginner days, I haven't played it much lately.

3. Pearl Jam: Black (31 times, 94.9%), a great moody song full of chords and arpeggios, I can't play it cleanly to save my life. Epic solo.

4. Stone Temple Pilots: Vasoline (30 times, 102%), the first song I could 90%+.

5. Arctic Monkeys: R U Mine? (29 times, 102.5%), not a fan of them but a great beginner song.

 

Overall my most played are mainly songs which made me feel good as a beginner, the time when it is most vital that you don't think you're terrible :)
