After I created the CDLC, the game won't let me change the difficulty of the DLC, and
also the Riff Repeater part is black.

I changed some EOF settings that allowed me to change the difficulty of the song,
but the top bar is still black.

 

Can anyone help me with this?

 

 

 

You should use DLC Builder to add the dynamic difficulty to your CDLC instead of trying to do it in EOF unless you plan on doing each difficulty manually which is not going to be worth your time anyway.
